Something is too appropriate when it is accidentally extremely inappropriate, usually initially intended as something entirely innocent. Mistakenly thought to be synonymous with 'inappropriate', when in fact there is a very fine line between the two.
Inappropriate: rocking up to Michael Jackson's funeral dressed as a Thriller zombie.
Too appropriate: rocking up to a zombie-themed costume party as Michael Jackson from Thriller, only to have him die later that night.

And, for example, a transgender woman saying she has post or premenstrual symptoms is not invalid or to be questioned. Firstly, how do you know that she has or has not had bottom surgery, and the effects of estrogen on a certain sample size? In fact, I assume you haven't looked into this whatsoever.
