Originating from Hotel Elan based in Calgary, Alberta. Zalza is a stylized version of the word Salsa, which is a style of Latin American music. The word Zalza, it is used to put further emphasis on the latino charm and "sabor" (Spanish word for flavour) associated with Salsa dancing.
