A term coined by NBC's 30 Rock. It's when you shake your index finger at someone to make a point to whatever you're saying. First used in a season 5 episode called "Plan B" by Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin's character).

Liz - "You're looking out for us, right? Pounding on desks and doing whatever this called." (she's shaking her index finger)

Jack - "Power wagging."

The side-to-side pivot of the upper body with arms at side or behind, such that the breasts pivot in plain view. Typically done as a "notice me" action.

As the saleswoman endeavored to demonstrate the features of the electric bicycle she first leaned low with her drop neck top revealing her well shaped cleavage. In lieu of response from the customer, she stood back, arms behind her back and unconsciously breast waggled to get his attention.

wangifying

The process of replacing innocuous words in popular media with another (sometimes) related sexual term. The most widespread example of said process is the replacing of "wand" with "wang" in the Harry Potter books. Another widely known instance is replacing "fairy" with "penis" and "Great Deku Tree" with "vagina" in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

"Harry looked down at his own wang. he could see finger marks all over it. He gathered a fistful of robe from his knee and tried to rub it clean surreptitiously. Several gold sparks shot out the end of it. Fleur gave him a very patronizing look, and he desisted." (A passage after undergoing wangifying)

"Kathryn spent Saturday night wangifying the 6th Harry Potter book instead of doing her homework."
