Seen more commonly in the male of the species homo sapiens.

Jennifer was annoyed as John exhibited total-tasking while watching the sport on TV and once again didnt register her requests.

Multi-Media-Tasking

running multiple hdmi inputs to one display. Two or more videos playing at the same time similar to PIP only using different receivers to control what is displayed on the one display unit.

When I am Multi-Media-Tasking I will be watching a football game in one window of the display, playing PS3 in another window of the display, an internet page on another window of the display, and while those are all on mute, still be listening to my favorite music on the main sound system of the display.

Semi Tasking

Similar to multi tasking but not as dificult.
normally just hands doing seperate things such as shutting the fridge whilst opening the microwave.
can be used as a cover when doing something your not supposed to. eg. grabbing another beer and squeezing a girls ass. when she turns around you can claim it was you because you were getn another beer.

"i was eyeing up that girls ass before so i did some quick semi tasking as i got another drink and groped her up"

"bro semi task for me and put this on the barbie while u turn the steaks"

hyper-tasking

Multi-tasking X 10. A condition or operational level guaranteed to result in zero productivity, a vast array of mistakes, and a level of hyperactivity at which one can operate for only very short periods of time. Synonym: chaos-tasking.

While hyper-tasking the other day, I was riding my motorcycle in the high speed lane at rush hour, never dropped below 120, texting two of my friends, talking on my cell, and reading some statistical research on the way to school.

The only problem I had was reading the notes I wrote down while I was doing my hyper-tasking.
