a closet homosexual who uses public restrooms to find a partner by sitting in a stall and tapping his foot. Homosexuals have devised this system in order to have casual sex with other men.
apparently the public toilets in airports and rest areas are great places to get buggered.

Senator Craig is such a toe-tapper. He creeps me out. I bet he is a lawyer too.

Dapper Tapper

An older term for a man who dresses & presents nice, suave, & high-class.

For example, he wears a suit and tie with a nice watch, cuff links, shoes are shined, hair is neatly trimmed, etc.

"He looked like a dapper tapper to me"
"My grandfather was a dapper tapper, always looked sharp."

tapered pants

Tapered pants are trousers popular during the 1980s and early 90s and worn by both genders. The pants sat high on the waist, ballooned around the hips and thighs, then tapered at the ankle. Often worn with with a baggy, button down shirt buttoned all the way to the top, with the collar up. These pants defined "New Romantic" fashion.

Duran Duran, Thompon Twins, Depeche Mode, Platinum Blonde, Annie Lennox (Eurythmics) all wore these tapered pants.

1. A measure of time referring to any person who is detained in a prison system for an indefinate amount of time.

2. When someone says they'll be right back and come back hours later.

-Person 2 "Yeah I know man, he must have left at least 2 hours ago."
