Sophisticati

Sophisticati ostensibly describes the class of the cultural elite (sophisticates), but has no real meaning. The word is to be applied to those who can't distinguish Monet from Manet but will talk your ear off about either.
We realized that John, our office's supposed wine expert, was a sophisticati when he bought his favorite, a rasberry desert wine, to the company christmas party.

Sophisticazzo

Adjective, Adverb, Verb...pretty much all parts of speech when the right suffix is added (not usually a noun).

Sophisticazzo is a descriptive word (in most cultures) that describes someone who gets dressed up, say for a party, and looks sophisticated, but also looks like he/she is going to get right on down to it.

It can also be used as a euphemism for what they did (totally sophis) in the closet last night.

Alas, it can most definitely be used to describe the way in which a person moves.
Adjective:

Girl 1: You know what my mom said before I left the house? "You look a bit too wild sweety."
Girl 2: God, really? I don't think you look THAT sophisticazzo...

Verb:

Boy 1: I heard they sophisticazzoed last night...
Boy 2: Nah bro. He's just tellin' everyone that to make himself seem cooler.

Adverb:

Don't you think that girl is a little too young to be walking so sophisticazzoly?
