This is the term used when a girl at a social event starts causing shit with a boy. If its a high level of annoyance, he may call for a "snookie shot" and punch the girl in the face.

If Chloe doesn't stop trying to start fights with people or annoying them at bars. Someone is going to Snookie Shot her.
