May be used in the context of sporting, similar to "that's clutch."

is when, your tires are for the most part outside the fenders (creating stance). Offset of wheels, width of wheels and spacers all have effect on this – and the very top of your tires are below the bottom of the body (clearing from underneath the cab/bed of the truck).
