a state of complete and utter coolness. Reaching a level of zen far above anything seen before. Often used as an expression in response to a statement made by a peer, replacing such words as "cool" or "sweet." Having skuffage is far above being cool or sweet.

E.g. Biltong, boerewors • Melktert, etc.

‘Hey did you want a sausage roll?’

‘No thanks, I am a saffatarian.’
