This is seen mainly in Xbox gamertags. People will make a gamertag such as xXxLeGiTsNiPeRxXx, which has rotating caps. This is basically when there is a word or phrase that alternates between lowercase and uppercase letters.

Jeff: Hey add me on Xbox Live
John: Alright, what's your gamertag?
Jeff: xXxLeGiTsNiPeZxXx
John: ... are you serious...
Jeff: What?
John: You have rotating caps in your gamertag...
Jeff: 1v1 me!

The bullpen rotation

A carefully selected grouping of women that a man is dating on a semi regular, rotation basis where no real commitment is delivered on his part to anyone of them......and where each woman in the bullpen is tagged with a designation....such as "the Ace"..
