1. Someone stupid, pathetic, or otherwise sets a bad example, hence a "queerleader"

2. A wierd cheerleader (does not have to be male)

A queerleader is a cheerleader who identifies on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. Like a bisexual cheerleader, gay cheerleader, a trans cheerleader xcetera.
