An accidental emoji or image sent to the person you are texting that is uncomfortably relevant to the context of your conversation and your true feelings. Albeit badly timed. It is often embarrassing.

Otitis Phonia

Inflammation (swelling) of the inner ear after phone sex with a diseased hooker of skank. Often resulting in 3-5 days after a phone sex encounter. A form of std, but contracted over the phone.
