Pen15

This stands for P-E-N-I-S..As you can see the 15 at the end of pen15...the 1 resembles the "i" and the 5 resembles the "s". Lots of grade schoolers ask about, "do u have a pen15?" they say that its a pen, so when they say "no" they start to humiliate the person. This is a very imature act.

Pen15

The word penis spelt like this so elementary and middle school and sometimes in rare occasions can write the word on your hand or wrist by asking if you want to join the Pen club and are told by the asker they are Pen14 so you'll be Pen15 and they can laugh because they got you to let them write penis on your arm

Josh asked his school mate Alan if he wanted to join his new pen club, Josh then explained to Alan he would be the 15th member of the club. Alan agrees and doesn't realize until after Josh writes Pen15 on his arm in sharpie it's actually the word penis and Josh and a couple other class mates laugh because Alan is next to present his essay to the class and has on short sleeves
