In the movie, Jack Schmidt escapes jail only to be shot by a police officer in the sewers later that day. However, Jack Schmidt falls in septic ooze created in a scientific experiment; a chemical reaction between the ooze and Jack's DNA occurs and he turns into a living pile of shit, a.k.a monsturd. The monsturd starts coming out from people's toilets and eating them in their bathrooms, leaving a shitty mess around.
This movie is a joke and by any means it's not supposed to be taken seriously. It mocks all the low budget horror movies. If you feel like watching a film about a man-eating shit monster, then go on.
