Australian (English) Slang, often used to describe a herb or coffee grinder (as well as a Weed specific grinder) used for processing the dry Cannabis flower for the purpose of consumption. Frequently used to describe an electric grinder.

Wow, that $10 Kmart coffee grinder sure does have a lot of OTHER uses. ;)
