They restrict their intake of food and over exercise with the thought that they are humongously fat in their head. They are often dangerly underweight.
I for example have magersucht, or anorexia. I once weighed 80lbs at 5´6ft. It was not pretty now I have been in treatment for a while, but I still think I am terribly fat. Today I weigh 105lbs at 5´7ft. Three weeks ago I weighed 120lbs. I still am losing weight and don´t want to stop. I know the consequences. But it is not like I want to be this way, it is like I am forced to be this way, and yet I fail to seek help for recovery.
