Lekker pik is a phrase communly used in The Netherlands. Meaning good job man or just nice. Lekker is used to describe many good things in Dutch.
You can say food is lekker, meaning that it's tasty. The weather can be lekker, it's nice weather.

But pik literally means dick, but it's used in a good way in lekker pik.
It's used more like man or dude

It can be used for both boys and girs

Coined by the show "American Dad", an overly offensive way of calling a remarkably young person prematurely bald. Generally used as an insult, but not used to describe people who shave their heads.

Steve Martin was bald at an incredibly young age, so it isn't unlikely that he is, in fact, Leukemia Skywalker in disguise.
