Koreaboo

Koreaboo is someone who does not have korean genes, live in Korea, or in another way are korean, that does basically everything to be korean. A koreaboo often does a few, all, or more than the following:
1. Doing aegyo (Acting cute) randomly in situations that does not call for it. (If you do it sometimes you may not be a koreaboo, don't worry)
2. Mixing korean phrases with english, examples: Hey babe, you're my oppa. Noona, hi! Annyeonghaseyo guys. I SARANG HIM. Saranghae. Kkaepjjang! (If you say a few of these phrases you are not a koreaboo, just don't use them for everything, Thank me later.)
3. CRAVING a korean girlfriend/boyfriend. (You aren't a koreaboo if you happen to have a koren girl/boyfriend but if you will not tolerate dating someone who isn't korean, please stop.)
4. Trying to be korean; like, dressing in traditional korean clothing, doing your makeup to look more korean, etc. (Styles and such do not make you a koreaboo, but don't try to be what you aren't.)

IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT!
You are not a koreaboo if you are interested in korean culture, are learning the language, liking kpop and kdramas, and other stuff. But if your behavior is strange, please stop, because koreans may find it offensive, weird, or creepy when meeting or seeing a koreaboo because they are often fetishized.

Koreaboo: "Annyeonghaseyo babe!"
Example: "She/he is a koreaboo!"

Koreaboo

Someone who denounced their own race and calls themselves Korean, genuinely believes that they’re Korean or wishes they were Korean. They may also think that they will some day marry their favourite idol (see also delulu) or may use small parts of Korean in their sentences without caring about learning the language. They could think that all Asians/Koreans are beautiful gods who are above the human race (see also yellow fever).

Not someone who:
-is interested in Korean culture
-listens to Kpop music
-listens other Korean music genres
-watches Korean TV shows
-makes cringey jokes about Korean celebrities
-wants to live in Korea
ect...

The only place in the world where poor, skinny, overworked plebs must bow their broken backs before giant golden statues of a morbidly obeese geezer with an ugly haircut, or risk losing their lives.

As an American I could never go to North Korea, but after reading Find True North by Richard Li, I just want to help those people even more.

Korean grind fest

An amalgamated phrase that defines a MMO game; designed, created, etc, by a Korean gaming cooperation, where the majority of gameplay involves repetitive and/or recycled tasks reiterating ad infinitum.

Using "Korean" in the phrase as a reference to Korean's cliché attribute of hardcore gaming, and their many releases of mmorpgs that implicate such gameplay.

Boy-1: Hey check out this mmorpg my friend introduced to me, what do you think?

Boy-2: I've played it before, even though quests in this game would give you more experience than repeatedly killing the same foes over and over again, the quest still requires you to kill the same foe over and over again.

Boy-1: Oh, so it's just another Korean Grind Fest.
