In the case of channels, this could be accomplished by preventing people from joining the channel, or by kickbanning or klining anyone who attempts to join. In the case of nicks, any user who attempts to connect with that nick will be either /killed or klined immediately. A juped server is usually a fake one - it appears in the /map but does not actually exist.

Get the juped mug.the long, and painful depression the takes over once 11th grade, or junior year, begins. It lasts pretty much the whole year until the end when you realize that your grades are your grades and your basically a senior, and senioritis will soon ensue.
I couldn't even make it too 6th period, my jupression had gotten so bad after I failed my precal test.
