An underage boy or girl who is sexually attractive. Typically young teens who aren't aware of their status. If you DO end up getting with one, it'll land you in jail. That's why they're BAIT.

Jailbaits are girls or boys who are under the age of consent, but act like they are over it. Someone could be called 'Jailbait' for example, for girls, they wears a outfit that hugs her curves and some heels.
As for men, maybe they are wearing pants too tight or something like that. Overall it means someone who is under 18 that looks older and that you would smash.

Someone young & very attractive (most likely a girl), that you would really love to get with but cant cause she's a minor. If you get caught you can serve some serious time in jail. A saying goes 16 will give you 20, as in beig with a 16 yr old grl will give you 20yrs in prison.
