Phonetic spelling of the military acronym HUA, which stands for "Heard Understood Acknowledged." Originally used by the British in the late 1800's in Afghanistan. More reciently adopted by the United States Army to indicate an affirmative or a pleased response.

1: Sgt: "Y'all got the game plan?"
PFC(s): "Hooah sargeant!"

2: Sgt: "Y'all ready for chow?"
PFC(s): "Hooah sergeant!"

Referring to, or meaning anything and everything except "no." Generally used when at a loss for words. Also:

Good copy, solid copy, roger, good or great; message received, understood.

hookah slam

The act of taking a puff from a hookah (and holding it in), throwing back a gulp of beer (or any other intoxicating beverage of your choice), and then exhaling. The feeling is both stimulus and stimulus at the same time. You will taste both the flavour of the tobacco and the beer, as well as any recently consumed meals.

David: man, this American beer is so weak...
Craig: bro, just try throwing back a hookah slam
David: a WHAT?
Craig: a HOOKAH SLAM
David: a hookah what?

HOOAH boner

Experiencing an erection and possibly ejaculation during a fit of intense motivation brought about by things that should not excite the normal human being but does excite those rare few (normally members of the military) who are extremely "moto."

Capt X got a HOOAH boner when he heard his troops start hollering like crazed idiots during a squad run, even though they looked and sounded like... well, crazed idiots.
