Hodine

A calm, big heart, stable yet bold with the devilment of a god. If ever there was a classy gentleman here he is. Don’t make the unassuming presence fool you; he’s one for the streets and if pushed he’s capable of extreme violence. He is extremely intelligent, analytical and tries to use logic to make sense of everything. His loyalty is par none. The origin of the name is best friend - a king. The snap back is clothed with humor and wit. Can be a bit lippy if and only if he has something to say. A natural introvert but not afraid to step out of that persona if necessary. One should not cross him as he finds it hard to forgive. If you are dead to me was a person, this is it personified. He likes projects and will take persons on and transform them into their best self. His kindness will need to be kept in check as persons may be tempted to abuse his charity.

He is usually lonely in thought as he is always born a century before his time. He thinks twenty steps ahead so in conversations he’s way past where anyone else is.

A spiritual man, he engages your soul. Don’t confuse his lure with a drug. It may be hard to quit him.

Hodine is what all women ultimately need in a man.

Hodin

Hodin is a place near Cluj-Napoca in Romania and is short name from Huedin. It s a very small city full of funny but hardworking people, houses with towers and lots of BMW and other stolen cars but everyone is calling Huedin Hodín.

Hodie Ring

Also spelled "hoatie ring," this is Wisconsin/Minnesota slang for a ring of men or boys who surround a victim and push or strike at him from all sides, either as a form of harassment all on its own or to keep the victim in place and in an isolated fistfight with one of their own who is also in the ring but not subject to the same pushing, tripping, preventing escape, etc. (No wonder this term comes from the same place that D&D and MST3K came from.)

Mick, Tony, Dave, Big Ed, and like five other guys all surrounded Poindexter in a hodie ring and kept him there until his glasses, his nose, and his spirit were all broken.
