Insignificant thing

from the German word gering meaning small amount, and the Latin word quippiam meaning an unspecified thing.

Often used when discussing the Planck length imagined as an object.

scientist 1: hey did you see that projectile fly by?

scientist 2: yeah, I measured it and it was about a Planck length long

scientist 3: yea man that was a real Geringquippiam
