A form commonly used in U.S. bureaucracy, mostly military, as a form of light hazing for fresh recruits assigned to their first duty unit.

This works because of the way you say it as writing it down gives it away; it is pronounced "Eye Dee Ten Tango" as in "You forgot to get an id10t form from administration when you in-processed, go back and get one".

Someone who takes advantage of the anonymity provided by formspring by asking or saying really nice things to other people that would be awkward if said face-to-face.

This is an alternative to the presumption that the opportunity to say something anonymously will always result in the person just being a dick.

Jane: Some people are so mean on Formspring...it's like the opportunity for anonymity turns people into heartless beasts.
