Former police officer (Content cop, also known as iDubbbz) who brings justice to the Youtube community. He researches everything he needs against the victim and then roasts the shit out of them (while doing it calm and clever). Mainly the victims are cancerous or useless content creators who most of the people don't like.
Guy: Hey do you know TechRax?
Me: Bro, he got arrested by the Content cop, of course I know him
Guy: *thinking of something clever* Oh yeah.......well.....you're a faggot

Brainrot Content refers to the various "short" type-videos (typically a YouTube short, a TikTok, an Instagram reel etc.) that swarm Social Media feeds. It's very easy to get sucked in and watch one short after another without even noticing. This lack of stimulation (or more correctly, EMPTY stimulation) "rots" the brain because of its self-repetition and low quality.
Guy 1: "Hey man, Sorry I couldn't come to the party, I scrolled through youtube shorts and forgot."
Guy 2: "What the fuck man! Don't watch that, that's brainrot content!"

Content on a social media platform meant to bait people in. ie embellishing on a story, making up a story, being loud, slamming something before you speak... the whole idea is that you’re “Fishing for likes”

Commonly abbreviated as DLC, it is...pretty straightforward. Content that you can download, usually for a certain price, which cannot be negotiated.
