Fadeover

Fadeover is the equivalent to being drunk and having a hangover. The true meaning of Fadeover is when you get too high (Cannabis/Other Substances) one night and it carries into the next morning/day after you go to sleep.

friend: “Bro, you look tired af. You good?
you: “Yeah, i just got a fadeover, i’m fine.”
friend: “What was you on?”
you: “Like 2 blinkers. knocked me out instantly.”

Failover test

Something that software engineers tell their wives they have to do late at night but it’s really just an alibi to go out drinking with the boys.

I told Katie I had a failover test I had to do at work from seven pm till “hopefully not too late.” She bought it so now I can go out with the boys.
