The liquid form of a Shart. The hot and runny feeling one gets in the stomach.usually occurs in public situations leaving one running down the hall for the bathroom. Sometimes requiring underpants change.

Melanie was feeling a little diarreal after leaving the restaurant, must have been the clamsnout sandwich.

The Shart fairy came and visit and now Mel is diarreal she must leave the office meeting in haste cropdusting her coworkers on the way out. .

Direrear is a better word than diarrhoea because it’s easier to spell, still sounds the same, and evokes exactly what is happening to you.
