The liquid form of a Shart. The hot and runny feeling one gets in the stomach.usually occurs in public situations leaving one running down the hall for the bathroom. Sometimes requiring underpants change.

Melanie was feeling a little diarreal after leaving the restaurant, must have been the clamsnout sandwich.
