Being completely out of commission, via hangover or other sickness, yet magically pulling yourself together to give a technical presentation to clients and management; leaving them to never know you are wanting to just die. This is followed by finding a soft place to die in peace.

I pulled off the DeRodeff Maneuver yesterday. No one in the meeting could tell that I was suffering a wicked stomach virus, and that I had just got done purging all internal organs before speaking.
