An asswipe from any corporate headquarters obstensibly sent in to raise the bottom line, but is actually an un-fireable loser being transfered (and promoted) just to get rid of him/her.

This demotivationalizer they sent in from back east is the biggest demotivationilizer in the history of business enterprise. They musy have dumped him/her on us to get him out of their way without pissing off his/her daddy.

demoticle

Demotion + Cubicle = Demoticle. A new seating arrangement at a job that results in an even less desirable seating arrangement. A new cubicle with less room, less privacy and in a crappier location. A new seating arrangement that diverges from your perceived value at a company. A new seating arrangement that apparently matches your value in a company.

We moved to the 6th floor and I was put in a Demoticle! I'm next to "Loud Larry" and the freight elevator. I guess I know where I stand around here.

When a person has a violent and severely explosive bowel movement so much so that it resembles a digestive "exorcism" of foul smelling, rotting waste matter sent by Satan through the depths of your cursed colon. Like the "asspocalypse" this kind of bowel movement can trigger loss of consciousness, muscular spasms within the legs and may need supervision by the occasional priest.
