Cupcake

A cupcake is a girl that is around men (mostly other women's men) usually with a sob story about their life. These are very pretty girls that make the men (especially in Medford, Oregon & surrounding areas) like they are conquerors of something that these girls pay attention to them. They mostly do heroin but all are doing some kind of illegal drug. These little bag chasers we call cupcakes.
