A cornivore is a person whose diet mainly consists of the cosumption of corn. This may include variations such as popped corn.

Outside of academic publications, such a person is referred to as called a 'corn addicted slut'.

"Hey, could I have some more of that delicious corn, please?"
"Samantha, you are such a cornivorous slut!"
