Cantpassthepipeilis

A condition that effects an oil pipe smoker when smoking with others (usually after a period of non-use) when after taking a hit, find they cannot seem to pass the pipe to the next smoker unless and until every hit available has been taken. Once the bowl is cashed the smoker realizes they've just suffered a case of cantpassthepipeilis and must now explain this to the other oil smokers now awaiting their turn.

"Oops sorry, the oil pipe is now empty due to my case of cantpassthepipeilis."

Smoker 1 is continuously smoking the oil pipe. Therefore, Smoker 2 asks him, "you gonna pass that to me or do you have Cantpassthepipeilis?"
