The colour that everyone knows is disgusting, and has long been referred to as pooh shit brown.
There have been numerous sightings of this decrepit colour by people wearing clothes and on occasion, although allusive as these sightings might be, it has been a horrid colour on motor vehicles etc...

It means the same thing, something bad or rubbish or crap but can now be said in a different context as a noun. Similar to the word abomination which means extreme discust or hatred.
