Bingering the Witness

When the prosecutor knows the defendant is innocent of all charges but goes and ahead and tries to get him convicted anyway by asking inane questions, such as questions about playing Call of Duty or "exploding" hollow-point bullets, while the defense is failing to make any objections.

The prosecution's case was proven false but the prosecutor was desperate for a conviction and started bingering the witness.

When you give your money to a friend to buy dope and they end up doing almost all of it and give you a minuet amount to tease you and leaves you with the wants. They are then called "A Blistering Bag Bitch!"
