Brandering

A pun off of the words “brand” and “pandering”. When a brand with a social media account pretends to be a real person in an attempt to pander to a certain fandom in the hopes that they support said brand by, for example, buying their products.

random food brand: “omg we love harry styles so much we stan!”

an obsessed stan: “im gonna buy (insert brand name food product here) now just cause they pretend to like harry styles!”

a regular person: “silence, brand. stop brandering.”

Unconscious Blabbering

That moment when you go unconscious but you're still moving, talking, etc. and suddenly, you say something ridiculous. When you've exited the unconscious state, and you wonder what you just said, but you can't seem to recall the memory. Yet still, you have a vague idea of what you said.

Girl 1: Will you take me out to prom?
Guy 1: Hell no!
Few minutes later...
Girl 1: Will you take me out to prom.. now?
Guy 1: Uh... what you said? Um, sure sure... Just lemme finish this magic trick.
Guy 2: Dude, she was the same girl you just rejected a few minutes ago!
Guy 1: What? I never said I was going to prom with anyone!
Guy 2: You just did some unconscious blabbering man...
Guy 1: AW SNAP!

To move to a higher level of education by receiving credit for the course material completed at a lower level. Receiving credit for courses taken at other institutions.

The student was able to earn his batchelor's degree by laddering from the diploma program.
