Hoopas Woopas

Noun. Dog Breed. Also known as the Eastern European Hoopas Woopas. A small to medium size dog. Males are up to 60 lbs, females weigh as much as 45 lbs. The Hoopas Woopas is the result of two prestigious dog breeds. The Northern Icelandic Hoopas dog and the North American Woopas. Both breeds are known for their protective nature. The Hoopas Woopas is a brownish tan with a short coat. Sometimes mistaken for the German Rottweiler. Only one Hoopas Woopas is known to still exist. It reportedly lives in Southern Arizona.

Wooplah: A word used as a substitution for a forgotten word. Used in most common hick towns. If your in a tight spot with the boss or homies in your hood, just say Wooplah.
In the following examples, you will see the use, and the advantages to using it.

Situation Number One:
