noun. A whamber is a skeeza (usually named Amber, for effect) who whines continuously, for no real fuckin reason. When you ask her to stop whining, she does it more, big fuckin surprise.

A Whemmer is a noun used to describe someone who puts absolutely little to no effort into anything they do.

It can also be used to describe something that has had no effort put into it.

Example 1---
Guy 1: "Jimmy doesn't do anything, he doesn't shower, nibba doesn't take care of himself."
Guy 2: "Fuckin' whemmer!"

Example 2---
Person 1: "This fucking piece of shit"
Person 2: "It's a fucking whemmer, man. Don't get cheep shit."
