This word is said when you either don't understand something(see example 1) , or when something sounds fishy or too good to be true. (See example 2)

Example 1-

Sally- "hey what's that one hood ass song we heard yesterday?"

Sue- " huh..? Wonkatonka..

Example 2-

Sally- " they gotta 20 for $7 going on at Victoria secret!"

Sue-"😒bitch..mm... Wonkatonka"
