A'Tuin

Character / Element in the Discworld series, often referred to as "Great A'Tuin". Species of star turtle (Chelys Galactica) that carries the four great elephants Berilia, Tubul, Great T'Phon and Jerakeen on it's back, who in turn support Discworld itself.

Gender is unknown.

Great A'Tuin is the foundation of the foundation of Discworld.

tuffing

Slang term for the underground practice of inhaling vapor from human feces, primarily for the narcotic effect of its methanethiol gas combined with the effect of hyperventilation. The term itself comes from "turd" and "huffing" due to the rapid inhalation and exhalation from paper or plastic bags containing the fecal matter. As with glue sniffing or hallucinogenic mushroom consumption,very unpleasant symptoms are experienced prior to the high, slowing the spread of the behavior. While its high is considered uniquely euphoric, tuffing is relatively brief and those who indulge in the practice risk severe infection, irritation of eyes and mucous membranes, convulsions or in extreme cases, coma or death.

Happy as they were, Shana and John annoyed all their friends after they'd been tuffing--they smelled like Mardi-Gras bathroom.

tuning in tokyo

To tweek or pinch the erect nipple as if it were the tuning knob on an analog radio. Popularized after WWII because the act of inexperienced males trying to please women resembled WWII radio operators adjusting the equipment knobs to 'tune in Tokyo'.

Being presented with his first pair of breasts made Urkle so nervous he did not know what to do and was reduced to his spaz self as the said Tuning in Tokyo while he tweeted the unfortunate girl's nipples

Turing test

A test devised by Alan M. Turing (1912-1954) in the 1950s intended to determine machine intelligence.

The setup of the test is this:
The interrogator, a human, is in a room separate from the machine being tested and another human. The interrogator questions both the machine and the human via a keyboard, and tries to discern which is the machine and which is human.

A computer that can pass the Turing test (that is, be indistinguishable from the human), is considered to have intelligence.

"I passed the Turing test, which shouldn't be that difficult anymore, because Smarterchild is almost there, and humans are getting dumber by the second..."
