A prepubescent boy who has a voice so high it resembles the mosquito tone (a high pitched noise which can only be heard by people under the age of 30)

1. You join in a game on xbox/ps3 and are greeted by a lobby of screaming mosquito toned boys.

2.You are in the mall and are annoyed at a group of preppy mosquito toned boys who think they're cool.

Die Toten Hosen

Awesome German hard rock band, been around since '80s actually. Roughly translates to, "The Dead Pants". Compared to Rammstein or Oomph, they are a bit lighter but still hold their own and are quite popular. You can see their T-shirts and such once in awhile on popular band members here in the U.S. A lot of videos, check them out.
