He is a kind, strong man and will always protect people in need. He'll usually leave problems you can solve to you but, he helps when he needs to. In a romantic relationship, Todoroki would make small gestures every once in a while to show that he still cares about you, considering that he's usually busy. He has a soft side for people he cares about and isn't too much of the jealous type. He'll let you have guy/girl friends and won't claim you and pull you away from them. He gives you freedom to do what you please, but asks you kindly or calmly to stop doing something if it makes him uncomfortable. Arguments are something he'll usually let you win and will apologize once you've cooled down.
