Tegan Syndrome

Quite possibly the only non painful overly pleasurable disease there is, it is soon to follow after one experiences the "Tegan Effecct" - in more cases than not it is unavoidable. A term for those who have a sudden realization that they've ditched their life, children, friends, husband, school, work, or any sort of human contact so that they can sit online and look at photos of Tegan Quin, sit on the L chat and discuss Tegan Quin, and sit on YouTube and watch videos of Tegan Quin. Some refer to it as "the gift that keeps on giving", it spreads rapidly like wild fire, while it is pain free, it's suggested that you have a substantial amount of money in your savings, because chances are you won't be stepping away from the computer any time soon.

Male friend 1: Can you believe she broke up with me! After 6 years!
Male friend 2: That's crazy, did she tell you why?
Male friend 1: Not really, I called her to ask and she said that she came down with a case of "Tegan Syndrome". I think it was because of that "Tegan Effect" she had last week. Do you know anything about this syndrome?

Tegan and Sara

Tegan and Sara are an identical twin duo, who in the US sing on Sire records. Some of their hits include, Back in Your Head-Album:The Con, The Con-Album:The Con, Walking with a Ghost-Album: So Jealous. Tegan and Sara are considered in the genre Indie, but also Pop and Alternative. Tegan and Sara were born in Calgary, Tegan currently resides in Vancouver, BC, and Sara resides in Montreal, QC. They are both very funny and have the same sense of humor. They have worked with Hunter from AFI, and Chris Walla from Death Cab for Cutie on their album The Con.

Tegasm

An explosion of pleasureable feeling after watching a video or looking at a picture of Tegan Quin. Both men and women are said to have experienced this. Those with Tegan Syndrome, those who practice Teganism and those who have experienced the Tegan Effect are more commonly prone to having one of these on a regular basis.

Friend 1: I was at the mall today and the strangest thing happened!

Friend 1: "The Con" came on while I was in H&M and I just had a huge Tegasm in the middle of the store. Everyone was watching, it was so awkward.

Tegan and Sara

Two Canadian identical twins who are very talented and write incredible music. They began performing as Plunk in 1995 and became known as Tegan and Sara in 1998. The Con, their fifth full-length album, is easily the most addictive record ever.

Tegan and Sara are amazing. I listen to The Con almost every day and never get tired of it.
