The act of grooming a guy into becoming a simp and approaching/making a fuss over every woman he sees. asking each if he can take them out on dates. Not specifically for the purpose of a potential relationship, but in order to benefit the woman. Usually performed online in forums or Youtube comments.

A simp groomer will use patronizing terms like

"looks don't matter"

"aww just keep trying, there's someone for everyone"
"you're not ugly"
"when are men going to man up and ask us out?"

Simpgrooming is actually a turnoff for men, and can be dangerous.

J: "I've asked 1000 girls this week if I can take them on an expensive date! None have said yes, but I have to keep trying, there's someone for everyone"
T: "dude, who's simpgrooming you"
