(Noun) A college semester in which one's schedule is composed of mainly requisite and difficult courses that do not pertain to their major, minor, or area of interest.

Victoria: "Registering for classes makes me want to throw up."
Erin: "I know, Spring '15 is going to be a shitmester."
Victoria: "SAME- I'm taking poly science and a science lab... I'm a communications major."

Shitmaxxing

A strategy used to build bodily mass, in which one holds in his/her feces in to increase the productivity from a workout. The goal of shitmaxxing is to hold your feces in until you're at least finished with your workout. The longer one holds his/her shit in, the larger the gains. The basic theory behind shitmaxxing is that the uncomfortable feeling caused by holding your feces in incites a flight or fight reaction, leading to an increase in testosterone and adrenaline production. This in turn leads to more reps, more sets, longer sessions and more gains.

I started shitmaxxing and my gains increased by ~27%. Gaining mass has never been easier!

A name found in the film 'The Hills Have Eyes 2'. Shitman the Barbarian is a man who comes out of a toilet covered in shit. He has small wounds all over his body so that he can die slowly from the feces.
