1) Noun. Americanized version of the German word Scheiße (also: Scheisse) meaning shit (respectively shite/shyte in the UK and Ireland). Slightly less offensive in German than "shit" in American English, though definitely not ok for children or polite conversation.
Used as a plain noun or exclamation.

2) Compound form: sheiss ___ (originally Scheiß-/Scheiss-)
Used as part of an offense/pejorative term or just as an emphasis like "fucking ___". Works with nouns and adjectives.

3) Agent: sheisser (Scheißer/Scheisser)
Used as a pejorative term for a person, comparable to "fuckhead" or "damn jerk".

4) Adjective: sheisse (scheiße/scheisse; also: beschissen)
Used to describe stuff that's broken or just crap. Much handier in English than in German where you have to decline basically everything.

Combination of Shitty and Sense. In otherwords, bullshit. A clandestine manner of telling someone they are full of shit.

After smiling and noding at your superior's instructions for some time, this person finally comes to a conclusion. Instead of telling this person they are full of shit you say, with a straight face, "Yes sir, that makes perfect shense"

Someone who just told a very bad joke can be said to have a very good shense of humor.

A modern adjectival outgrowth the noun "shyster." The original term refers to someone who behaves in a disreputable or unethical fashion. Thus a "sheisty" person or behavior is one which appears overtly, even lewdly, unscrupulous.

The origin of "shyster" may be from the German "Scheißer" meaning pooper (MW) or from the old use of "shy" meaning disreputable (OED).

The guys at that party were completely sheisty.

You look really sheisty when you grease your chest.
