Notxas was on such a SHEENER through the 80's and 90's that he doesn't know what is real and what is a hallucination - but damn...talks smak like a champ!

Named after a lame-ass Ultimate Frisbee player at Towson University, this challenging and rewarding art of mockery is constantly used (to his face). In responce to the said persons obliviousness, it was dubbed "the art of Sheebing".
