A person who posts art on the internet that is deemed one of, or if not, THE worst that the human eyes have ever seen and act in an infuriated and irrational manner (butthurt) when their "works" are criticized by the public.

It is a sad existence to be a 13 year old shartist on deviantart posting pictures of characters from whatever franchise he adores have their feet tickled only to have them be mocked by his peers.
