A cough often produced by smokers, created by excess phlegm in the esophagus. The sound created is loud and harsh, and grabs the attention of nearby people.

Sloppy, Disgusting

Descriptive word used especially for vaginas and other body parts. Can be used to cuss someone. Often associated with skin peeling, discharge or other horrendous states of the vagina.
