It is used when you say something to someone else and they ask what you mean but you actually don't know yourself.

It is mainly used with 'It means' before the word Rewenge.

Person 1: Do the dishes!

Person 2: Fabonaah.

Person 1: What does that even mean?!

Person 2: It means Rewenge!

To divide up, rearrange and manipulate components of something while not changing the meaning from its original. The purpose of this newly created entity (see also: refanglement) is to either (a) more easily obtain a sought result, or (b) provide a version of the original that is more concise or easier to work with.
